TECHNICAL NOTES
- Vineyard: 20-year-old vines in calcareous soil (50-100m alt.).
- Vinification: Fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks (5-6 months) + 5-6 months bottle aging.
- Alcohol: 12.5% ABV.
SENSORY ANALYSIS
Bright yellow with green highlights. Notes of ripe peach, tropical fruit, and fresh cut grass. The palate is dry, balanced with fresh almond notes and savory finish.
