Primoduca Primitivo is a premium red wine from the renowned Apulia region of Italy, known for its full-bodied flavor and rich history. Harvested from carefully selected vineyards with an average yield of 7-9 tons per hectare, the grapes undergo a long maceration process (15-20 days), followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks (28-30°C) with carefully chosen yeasts. The wine finishes malolactic fermentation, resulting in a smooth, velvety texture.
With a deep red color and garnet hues, Primoduca Primitivo has an elegant aroma and a well-rounded, rich flavor profile. Its full-bodied character makes it the perfect complement to hearty main dishes, especially roasts and spicy cheeses. Serve at 18-20°C for an optimal tasting experience.
